Re: For those of you who watch the BBC...
Well, not many of you must like sarcastic humor, then. If you could see our original Price is Right host, Bob Barker, you would notice there is a big difference between him and Drew. However, the people at CBS, the network that airs the Price is Right here, wanted someone different because they didn...

Re: For those of you who watch the BBC...
For some reason, the note that Rich has announced on the BBC on his official website has been deleted. I really don't think he did much for them. However. "The Price is Right" here in America does have some UK ties. First of all, the host here in America should look familiar to you if you ...

I just noticed something. When I take a look at this section of the forum, I notice that all of the episodes are from 2003.
Why is this, or I should ask what is so significant about that year?
I was just wondering.

Oh. You're talking about contestants.
Well, there is only one contestant that I would love to see in Dictionary Corner. He definitely deserved to win, and his name is Michael MacDonald Cooper.

Actually, I thought the practice of showing old episodes of Countdown was ok because the last time they pre-empted an episode because of sports was fairly recently. I think they showed an episode from 2003.

Joseph, I agree with you about a fixed time for Countdown.
Also, I think the last time "Countdown" was pre-empted on weekdays was last season, when they had a festival I can't even pronounce the name of.
That was just a thought in my head.
