Here's the beginnings of an idea I've had... I don't have the time to think about this in depth right now but an immediate thought to stop Q, Q, Q or always going K, A, I, etc is to have some limit on the numbers of each letter that can be played. For a 15-rounder you'll be playing a total of 50/49...
