Re: Red or Black

Yep agree about the electronic thing, all it has going for it is that it's a bit shinier, but it loses a level of 'authenticity' -when I first saw the final game I thought it was an electronic screen and was a bit "wtf". I reckon one thing they've really missed out on is the play along at ...

We're just watching the first episode, having heard so much about it, and it's just awful. I was particularly amused by the arrow catching game (which is a pretty badass thing), but since it ended in a draw they then just had to basically do a coin toss, IT'S ALMOST LIKE THAT IS HOW THE WHOLE SHOW W...

Righto, well we'll give watching it without skipping a go again. I just get a bit fed up, particularly with the shittier multiple choice rounds, hearing contestant after contestant explain why they're picking one answer at random over another gets a bit tedious. But I'll give it a go.

I watch both on demand, but I reckon if I had to watch one live it would be The Chase. Pointles has way more fluff I think - you can get through an episode in about 11 minutes on iPlayer with good skipping, whereas The Chase has a lot more content (Chaser banter is technically fluff I guess, but it'...
