Re: Thursday 17th December 2009 (Series 61, 2nd SF)

Congratulations to Chris, and a sigh for Innis - its a shame there can be only one champ!

Re: Risque Rachel Riley

Nowhere near as good - by a long long way - alas, all the gym and running around in the world doesn't turn a thirty three year old mother of two into a stunningly fit and gorgeous 20something year old. And, if my current rate of progress continues, expect me wearing a twin set and pearls in about 20...

I think 95 quid to look that fabulous is a real bargain, however...she is most certainly built to wear it very well, bless her!

Just a 9 for me. But i am thinking my age, a sociable job or two under my belt, and having children might make a difference to quite a lot of my answers. Plus i am crap at maths! :-)

Sigh.....

Just back from my holiday, daughters at their daddies....and my plans for a serious catch up session are kaput! :-(

Ah well, there is always the five episodes I have not seen this week to console myself with! Hello to all, by the way! Hope everyone is fine and dandy. xxx

Ok - So now I know I am an idiot. Still can't log on. Maybe I don't know my own username? I was sure it was just sarah white. I really should write these things down. Sorry to be a pain, Charlie. By the way - i managed to send this to myself, last time - and now have 2 messages lingering in my outbo...

Hi Charlie, Tried to PM but don't think it worked. I don't know if I am just computer illiterate, or making a mistake somewhere, but I can't log into apterous from your C4C link. I am sure I am putting in my details correctly, but as I am normally logged in automatically when I click on my 'favourit...

Before i go to bed, just wanted to say i liked your post. I often wish that, had the success and advancement continued, i would now be able to enjoy space travel (of a sort!) for real, instead of losing myself in Clarke, Asimov, Bradbury, et al.

I think she could have been a tad nervous - and if she had sat watching previous Andrew thrashings, it couldn't have helped.

It is my fear that i will crash and burn horribly if i pluck up the courage.

Just when i thought i couldn't love this site anymore.....

I am the only person in my circle of friends/family that watches charlie and likes tims poetry! Mark Watson on Radio 4 recently was sooo funny - 'listen again' service got some heavy use when that was still available!

Woo Hoo :-)

Re: Has apterous killed Countdown?

I quite like DOND (mainly for the mystics and the superstitious, either crashing badly or chickening out of their 'definite knowledge' - never fails to tickle me!) and i must say, you could watch it a thousand times, and not get a system that could provide you with the big dollar! Agree with you Jun...

Hello everyone. It isn't easy to think of things to put here! From Nottinghamshire, am a chef, start uni in Sept, doing Biology. Have two daughters. Like Scrabble too. Music, documentaries, Radio 4, just discovered how cool it is to grow your own veggies in a small plot. Would like to do Countdown f...
