Braised a slab of pork ribs slowly in the oven in a liquid sauce of store cupboard stuff - soy, honey, tomato sauce, ginger, wine vinegar, for about 3 hours. Added a bag of stir fry veg to the sauce when the meat was starting to fall of the bone. Served with rice and finger bowls.
