I used to go ice skating in my youth and bought my own skates to avoid all this queuing up and wearing second hand shoes that a quick squirt of odour eaters is meant to prevent catching something and the laces were invariably frayed/ broken.
Maybe buying your own bowling shoes is the solution

Accents and dialects

The UK is in global terms a small island (well several actually ) but I love a regional accent.
My ex wife comes from the Midlands and I liked the way she pronounced tooth and bus.
Also my Northern Irish friend likes to say film as Fillum.
But I pronounce water as wartah.

I have found it harder to lose weight since I became a veggie in January and this diet I'm on (Team RH fitness ) relies on a higher protein and fibre intake.
The fibre is easy but the protein less so and I am reluctant to rely on Whey powder
