For both contestants to get LOITERS and miss LOITERERS is pretty amazing. Add to that PISTOLS but not PISTOLES, POINT but not POINTE and "degaused" but not DEGAUSS and you have a very weird episode indeed. Still not quite sure how they made it to such high scores.

As I believe Mr Coulthurst has pointed out before, the maximum should be 116, since there's no way a contestant could actually have scored 126. Should David's score for % calculations actually be 87 then? Humm, I never really resolved this. In a sense it would be more accurate to say he scored 77/1...

At least one paid-up and respectably rated ABSP member cheats filthily on ISC. I just consider it like playing against a bot. A lot of the time novice players will overrule the computer opponent and end up playing something worse, so if anything it's probably easier than that.

In economics it's usually considered that the utility of money is about logarithmic, so £250K isn't worth much more than £100K unless you're heavily in debt already.
