Regarding the declaration order, if both declare a seven and one of them says it's risky, do they still always go to the risky one first (I think they used to)? When you enter your declaration and the clock runs down, it hangs and doesn't ask you to input your solution, sometimes never at all and other times it takes 4 or 5 minutes to kick into that phase of play. You've already conceded that 25% of games are unlosable, 25% are unwinnable, and 50% are down to skill.
So effectively 50% of the games are actually based on skill, 50% are based on luck.

With the letters you pick out, you could potentially play a max game in terms of pts scored in relation to plays available, but still lose badly to an opponent who misses several maxes, but can play QI ...
